About KaiperKit

KaiperKit was created to bring structure to research work.

A platform created to reduce fragmentation, connect operational knowledge and help researchers, research groups and institutions work with greater clarity.

Carles Fuster

Building a specialised SaaS platform so that research no longer depends on scattered tools and can be organised as one connected system.

Founding idea

Research does not need yet another tool. It needs a system that connects the work already taking place.

Projects, research papers, research lines, tasks, notes, deadlines, documents and teams often exist in different places. KaiperKit was created to connect these elements and turn them into a clear, traceable and useful structure for everyday research work.

Why I am building this

Because research work deserves better tools.

I am Carles Fuster, founder of KaiperKit. I am building this platform because I see a clear opportunity: many research teams manage an enormous amount of knowledge, responsibility and complexity, but still organise their work using tools that were not designed for their reality.

Spreadsheets, emails, shared documents, calendars and generic management tools may work for a while. However, when the team grows, projects multiply and deadlines accumulate, information begins to fragment.

KaiperKit was created around a simple idea: to help all that work retain its context, connections and continuity.

My goal is not to create one more tool, but a platform that helps research teams see their work more clearly.

The problem we want to solve

Fragmentation does not appear overnight. It accumulates.

A group may begin with only a few tasks and documents. Over time, however, more projects, research papers, people, deadlines and decisions appear. Without a connected structure, the entire system becomes increasingly difficult to follow.

01

Projects begin

Ideas, objectives, initial documents and the first tasks begin to emerge.

02

Research papers and research lines appear

Work becomes distributed across manuscripts, research lines and their associated documentation.

03

The team grows

Researchers, PhD candidates, research fellows and collaborators begin to depend on shared information.

04

Context is lost

Decisions, tasks, deadlines and documents become scattered across disconnected tools.

Product principles

KaiperKit is being built around three ideas.

The platform is not intended to become an endless collection of features, but a useful structure that helps research teams work with greater clarity.

01

Connection

Tasks, notes, deadlines and documents should be linked to the project, research paper, research line or team to which they belong.

03

Continuity

A research group’s knowledge should not be lost across emails, isolated documents or conversations that are difficult to recover.

Vision

Turning KaiperKit into an organisational layer for research.

KaiperKit’s vision is to become an environment where researchers and teams can structure their work, coordinate more effectively and maintain a connected view of everything taking place.

Now Product validation

The product is evolving through feedback from researchers and real research teams.

Next Product consolidation

Improving modules, views, reporting capabilities and the overall user experience.

Future Specialist research management platform
