How Pro pricing works
The price follows the capacity of the workspace.
You select the number of seats when creating the Pro Workspace. The purchased capacity determines how many members can participate in that space.
The initial purchase requires at least 2 seats. There is no fixed 10-member maximum for Pro in the current product logic.

The operational differences between Personal, Pro Workspace and Institutional.
Yes. Registration creates a free personal workspace with one seat for organising your own research.
Personal is an individual workspace. Pro creates a separate shared workspace with purchased capacity for members, roles and assignments. Pro applies to the workspace; it does not convert the user's entire account.
No. The purchase flow creates an independent Pro Workspace while keeping the free personal workspace.
The checkout multiplies the price for the selected billing interval by the number of seats. The initial purchase requires at least 2 seats. Published prices exclude VAT.
Yes. Capacity increases are applied immediately with prorating through Stripe. Reductions cannot fall below the number of existing members and are scheduled for the end of the current billing period.
The Owner or an Admin can cancel automatic renewal. The workspace retains Pro access until the end of the paid billing period, and renewal can be reactivated while the subscription has not yet ended.
Institutional is the appropriate option to evaluate. Capacity, number of workspaces and billing terms are defined through an institutional agreement rather than through the public Pro checkout.
