GeneralKaiperKit supports multiple relationships within the same note. A note can also be created without a context.
The type helps describe the nature of the note. It does not imply a workflow, history or dedicated decision log.
These are possible uses of a general note, not automations or separate modules.
Manually record conclusions, open questions or points the team wants to preserve.
Document the decision and the reasoning the team chooses to include in the note.
Record patterns, issues or nuances identified during the work.
Keep a possibility within the research line, project or paper where it emerged.
Record context related to a thesis without turning it into an automatic category.
The global view lets you search titles and content, filter by context and sort by date or title. Contextual views show the notes linked to a specific entity.
Notes do not include a configurable visibility field. Owners, Admins, Editors and Viewers can access the workspace-wide list; Viewers cannot write. Collaborators can access their own notes and create, edit or delete those they created.
Collaborators can only link new notes to projects, papers, research lines or theses where they have an assignment. When editing one of their own notes, they cannot change its contextual relationships.
